Nursecall with VoIP support

BXO Solutions presents a voice communication solution for elderly and aged care facilities. The solution based on wireless Voice over IP, will be on display at the Skydd 2008 exhibition.

The solution makes it possible to extend existing nursecall systems with voice capabilities. Thanks to the wireless communications, this can be done without additional cabling.

The unique XBACK function combines the best properties of a dial up system with those of a callback system.

XBACK combines the best parts of the two ways to handle alarms by escalating the alarm after a certain time, starting with callback and then switching to dial up operation. When the alarm is first sent to the mobile, you can see in plain text who send the alarm (with sound signal, vibration and colour coding). After that, you have a preset time during which the alarm should be responded to. If the staff fails to respond to the alarm, the dial up sequence will start. This ensures that no resident or patient will be kept waiting for too long without knowing that they will be attended to.
BXO's solutions lets you choose how to work. We develop the solution - you chose how to use it. You're in control of the technology, not the other way around.
