Malmö, June 2012

Nacka Municipality chose to implement Visers nursecall service at Senior Centre Talliden. Viser has already implemented their services at three other nursing homes in Nacka. The new system will use WLAN (WiFi, wireless network) for communication with the nurses' hand-held Android devices and NFC (Near Field Communication). Ordinary Android mobile phones are used for receiving alarms, clearing down alarms and for check in/check out through the NFC technology.
